Refund policy

Can I return a product? Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we generally do not accept returns unless the product was delivered damaged or spoiled.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Please email us at info@josefinashomemade.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the result of our internal investigations.

What items are not eligible for return/refund?
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Orders reported after 24 hours from delivery
- Products damaged due to customer handling or storage
