Josefina’s Homemade Food is a small family business established in 2022 in Rodriguez, Rizal. Our journey began with a humble carinderia in Bicol, where for over 30 years, we offered hearty, home-cooked meals to our local community. Inspired by my mother's exceptional cooking, we aimed to bring the authentic taste of Bicolano ginataan dishes to consumers in Metro Manila and beyond. Our first product, the Authentic Bicol Laing, is based on an heirloom recipe by my mother, Josefina. We initially shared this beloved dish with friends, family, and nearby communities. The overwhelming positive feedback encouraged us to transition from the traditional carinderia model to a broader market. To reach a wider audience and ensure our products' longevity, we introduced our dishes in bottles, allowing us to distribute nationwide. Today, Josefina’s Homemade Food is available on major eCommerce and online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, GrabMart, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as through our own website. Our mission is to share the rich, comforting flavors of Bicolano cuisine with people all over the country, delivering the taste of home in every bite.
