Josefina's Story

100,000+ Happy Customers

At Josefina’s Homemade Food, every dish tells a story, one that began over 30 years ago in a small carinderia in Bicol, where Josefina lovingly served hearty, home-cooked meals to her local community. Her signature ginataan dishes became the heart of her kitchen, simple, soulful, and always made with care.

In 2022, the next chapter began in Rodriguez, Rizal, when the family decided to carry on Josefina’s legacy through a homegrown food business. What started as a humble kitchen project has now grown into a proudly recognized brand, with dishes awarded and featured on national television, proof that food made from the heart will always find its way to people’s tables.

Our mission is simple but meaningful: to share the rich, comforting flavors of Bicolano cuisine with people across the country, delivering the taste of home in every bite. Whether you’re discovering us for the first time or returning for your favorites, we’re here to serve you food that feels like family.

From our kitchen to yours.. Welcome home.
